Consider sponsoring the SLES PTA

Being a Partner or Sponsor of the Stratford Landing Elementary School PTA means you are contributing to the success of our school and community. SLES serves a diverse set of students — those with autism or related challenges, students who struggle financially, and students who are some of the brightest in the state. The ability to serve all of these populations is directly related to the community support the school receives through the PTA.

We are thankful for any support we receive, and we recognize several layers of support through various branding and marketing opportunities. A summary of the levels is below. Email us with any questions at fundraising@slpta.org.

2026–27 School Year Partnerships

Year-round partnerships that support every PTA program and event across the school year.

Signature Partner — $5,000

• All Diamond Partner benefits, plus:
• Participation in all major PTA-sponsored events, tailored to your type of business — examples include Spring Fling, Rock N Run, Boba Bingo Night, Teacher Appreciation Week, Trunk or Treat, Winter Wonderland, monthly PTA meetings, and Volunteer Appreciation
• Company signage/banner (partner provided) displayed on the school fence, facing the Kiss and Ride line and the staff/visitor parking lot
• Quarterly opportunities to insert your own promotional flyers in Wednesday Folders (weekly hardcopy communication with 1,000+ households)
• Quarterly “SLES Days” offered by the partner (for example a restaurant night, or a quarterly SLES discount on specific services), promoted through News You Choose email (more than 1,500 recipients) and the PTA Facebook page (over 1,000 members)

Diamond Partner — $3,000

• Participation in select major PTA-sponsored events, tailored to your type of business
• Company logo and partnership level displayed on the SLES PTA website
• A PTA “Thank You” flyer specifically recognizing your business, included in the PTA’s main publications: News You Choose email (more than 1,500 recipients), the Facebook page (over 1,000 members), and Wednesday Folders (weekly hardcopy communication with 1,000+ households)
• Partnership promotion connected to items purchased through your donation (for example, stickers on laptops recognizing the funding partner)
• Platinum Sponsorship of the 2026 SLES Rock N Run (benefits below)

2026 Rock N Run Sponsorships

Event sponsorships for our signature fall fundraiser — see the Rock N Run page for everything about the event.

Platinum Sponsor — $1,000

• All Gold, Silver, and Bronze benefits, plus:
• Corporate ad on the 2026–27 SLES PTA webpage (approx. 1,000 household distribution)

Gold Sponsor — $500

• All Silver and Bronze benefits, plus:
• Company name/logo prominently displayed on event t-shirts worn by all students, faculty, and volunteers (approx. 1,500 individuals)

Silver Sponsor — $250

• All Bronze benefits, plus:
• Option to display a company banner or signage at the Rock N Run event

Bronze Sponsor — $100

• Company name/logo included in the SLES PTA newsletter and on the PTA Facebook page
• Company name/logo included on the Rock N Run event page
